Services

Exterior cleaning for every part of your home

From the walls and roofline to the driveway and back patio, each service is planned around the material in front of us. Soft render, old brick and roof tiles get gentle treatment. Hard paving gets the power it needs.

Our approach

Gentle where it counts, thorough everywhere

The biggest risk in house washing is using too much force. High pressure on render, older mortar or roof tiles can etch the surface, open joints and push water where it should not go. It can look clean on the day and cause problems later.

Our approach starts with the surface. We look at what each wall, roof or path is made of, then choose between soft washing, controlled pressure washing or hand work. Organic growth such as algae and moss is treated at the root so the clean lasts longer.

That is the difference between a quick blast and genuine exterior house cleaning: a result that looks good and keeps your home in better condition.

Local knowledge

Made for Lincolnshire weather and Lincoln homes

Lincoln has a bit of everything: Victorian terraces near the cathedral, interwar semis, postwar estates and newer developments on the edges of the city. Each era brings different materials, from soft red brick and lime mortar to modern render and uPVC.

Damp winters and sheltered gardens give algae and moss a head start, especially on north facing walls and shaded paths. Residential power washing alone does not solve that. Treating the growth and choosing the right pressure does.

Beyond the city, we serve homes across Lincolnshire and neighbouring parts of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. See the full list on our service areas page.
