Exterior cleaning in Lincolnshire
About Lincoln House Washing
Lincoln House Washing provides exterior cleaning for homes in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire, with one simple belief: every surface deserves the method that suits it.
Our story
A house washing service built around surfaces
Most people only think about cleaning the outside of their home when something catches their eye. A green wall, a slippery patio, a gutter with dark streaks. By then, the build up has usually been forming for years.
We started from the view that home exterior washing should be careful, not rushed. That means looking at what a wall is made of before deciding how to clean it, and using low pressure for render, roofs and older brick where high pressure would do harm.
It also means being honest. If a stain is unlikely to come out fully, or a surface is too fragile to wash, we will tell you before we start.
Values
How we like to work
Surface first
Render, brick, stone, uPVC, tiles and paving each get their own approach.
Clear conversations
You know what will be cleaned, how, and what result is realistic before work begins.
Respect for your home
Plants, fittings and neighbouring properties are considered throughout every visit.
Local focus
We concentrate on Lincoln and the surrounding towns, so we understand local homes and weather.
Serving Lincoln and the wider county
Our base of work is the city of Lincoln, and we also cover towns such as Gainsborough, Sleaford, Grantham, Louth and Boston, along with nearby parts of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. Whatever the age or style of your home, the same careful approach applies.
